Newmason Properties has picked up a prestigious award from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for its conversion of a 19th century school in Bradford into luxury apartments. Byron Halls, formerly Byron Street School, won the building Conservation category of the Yorkshire heats and goes forward to the national finals in London in October.
