Quarmby Construction has won the Phase two contract for the new build element of the £70million Victoria Mills residential apartment complex at Shipley, one of Yorkshire’ most inspiring regeneration projects.
QCC is already on site and underway with VM1 which comprises of 113 apartments at a value of £18 million. In Phase two QCC will construct VM2 and Northern Lights crating a further 167 apartments at a value of £13 million.
When completed in November 2008 Victoria Mills will provide in excess of 400 apartments n the banks of the River Aire bordering the model Victoria industrial village and World Heritage Site at Saltaire.
