Conservative leader David Cameron and former Thatcher cabinet member Lord Heseltine called in at Shipley’s £70 million Victoria Mills development on Friday 23 February as part of a whistle-stop regeneration tour of Bradford.
The two Tory leaders stopped for lunch at Victoria Mils and took the opportunity to tour the restored old mill buildings and futuristic constructions that will provide more than 400 luxury apartments on the edge of the River Aire and Bradford Canal.
Andrew Mason sad “It was an honour to welcome Mr Cameron and Lord Heseltine to Victoria Mills and to be able to share our common passion for sustainable development that places high value on the creation of communities"
