When you’ve got hundreds of metres of guttering  to clean and dozens of windows to paint six storeys high, you need a bit of help. 

Bradford developer Newmason Properties faced a problem in attempting to reach the to[ of the refurbished Victoria Mill buildings at its £70 million apartment complex in Shipley.

Scaffolding the two buildings Old Mill and New Mill would have cost more than £20,000 and the platform would have take days to erect, causing noise and disturbance for residents.

So Newmason called in the only 50m reach Teupen machine in the UK.  Hiring the machine for the three days to complete the job cost £4,500.
