Developer Newmason Properties is projecting growth in turnover of around 60 per cent next financial year.
The Bradford-based company has doubled its turnover to £12 million during 2005/06 and has forecast a further increase to £20 million by April2007.
The firm is co-ordinating the £70 million redevelopment of Shipley's Victoria Mills; set to be completed by 2008.
Newmason has made three senior staff appointments. Chris Pratt, formerly of furniture and interior design company Christopher Pratts, becomes commercial director.
Mary Jo Pearson becomes head of sales and marketing and Samantha Shaw marketing assistant.
Managing director Andrew Mason said: "We have enjoyed phenomenal success since starting out in 2002, reaping the rewards of our hard work and vision in creating quality sustainable homes that are a vital ingredient in the reinvigoration of Bradford.
"These latest appointments address a need to move our commercial and marketing operations up a notch to reflect the growing stature of Newmason Properties in the Yorkshire regeneration arena."
