Victoria Mills is a 19th century mill situated within the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site in Shipley, Bradford. The development will create over 300 luxury apartments complete with roof gardens, balconies, concierge service, landscaped gardens, a river frontage seating area and possible tennis courts.
